Hi, I'm Mike Wojciechowski. I created Enchantments Digital so you won't have to spell out my last name in emails. Only half true! Most people know me as "Woj" (whoa-juh).
Enchantments Digital consultancy is named after a spectacular mountain range in Washington where I completed a 23 mile hike in one day. The mountains can make you feel like you're walking around inside of a fairy tale. I want to create that type of joy and wonder in the work I do with kind, smart people.
I'm a digital marketing leader with 12 years of experience at 2 of the largest independent agencies in the US. I've worked as a senior account strategist, a scrappy startup co-founder, a team builder at a growth-sized company of 300+ people and a cross-functional connector at a mature company of over 1300+ people.
My campaign management expertise is in scaling eCommerce Google Paid Search / Shopping / Performance Max campaigns, optimizing product data feeds and growing product-centric advertising programs across Google, Meta, Microsoft, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. I've ran successful paid media campaigns for all kinds of retailers--startups, B2C darlings, big box stores, marketplaces, high end apparel brands, etc. I've scaled client spend from a few thousand per month to 8 figure budgets.
From a client services standpoint, I've grown a team of Google Shopping experts from 2 to 30+ people at a company that grew from 45 to 1300+ people. I have a unique background where I've been able to work in the weeds growing client relationships as well as on strategy (sales, marketing, client strategy) and operations (training, cross-functional project management, strategic partnerships) as my team's needs changed over time.
Lastly, I am a product thinker and an esteemed partner. I have been called a "wizard", "guru", and "mad scientist" by colleagues and partners because I've always been the person that people come to when they hit a particularly tough roadblock. It's exciting for me to break down complex problems so I can design and build thoughtful solutions. I can translate dense, technical concepts to leadership teams. I can give blunt feedback to product & engineering teams when their product isn't aligned with strategic business goals. I take pride in fostering deep relationships with partners at all levels. This approach has unlocked opportunities for me to work on rewarding projects with some of the smartest people and companies in the advertising industry.
